Sakena: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga with registered number ISSN 2548-5369 (print), published by the Family Law Study Programme of the Faculty of Shari'ah UIN Imam Bonjol Padang as a medium of information and a forum for discussing issues of Family Law science. It contains concise scientific writings on research results, hypotheses, surveys and other academic works. The editor invites experts, scholars, practitioners to discuss and write freely and creatively while communicating with the wider academic community. The editors may shorten and improve the article without changing its purpose and content. Articles made do not reflect the views of the institution that publishes this journal, all are the views of the author himself.

Sakena: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga is published twice a year (June and December). Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of sakena should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will BE REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format.
