Focus and Scope

Moefty (eISSN 2685-4966) published by Fakultas Syari'ah UIN Imam Bonjol Padang as a medium on dissemination of islamic law and social institutions discourses. It was a hypotesis of research, survey, and other academic works, on scopes:

  • Sharia and Fatwa Development;
  • Comparison on Islamic Schools;
  • Personal and Family Law;
  • Islamic Economic Law;
  • Penal Law;
  • Jurisprudence;
  • Sciences of sociology;
  • Politics;
  • and other Social Sciences.

The Editorial invited all experts and scholars to discuss and had a free and creative writing duo communicating with wider scholar.
