Madania: Jurnal Hukum Pidana dan Ketatanegaraan Islam, with registered number ISSN 2715-8373 (print) published by the Constitutional Law Study Program, Faculty of Sharia, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The journal aims to be a platform that combines criminal law, politics, and constitutional law approaches in the context of Islamic Sharia. The focus is on in-depth analysis of the interaction between Islamic law and constitutional principles in various aspects of life, such as politics, constitutional law, elections, administrative law, criminal law, and other relevant aspects.

Madania: Jurnal Hukum Pidana dan Ketatanegaraan Islam is published twice a year (June and December). Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of Madania should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will BE REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format.
